Shipping Policy

At K-TRIX, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

1. Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that during peak times, there may be slight delays, but we will always aim to process your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all shipments within the UK. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days.

For EU orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

3. UK and EU Shipping Only
At this time, we are only shipping within the UK and the EU. We are unable to accommodate orders to any other countries.

4. Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, shipping will not occur until we have received the products from the supplier. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

5. Tracking Information
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery through Royal Mail’s tracking service.
