Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on album purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided the items remain unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees.
To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues, we ask all customers to film an unboxing video when opening their package. This video will help verify any claims of damage or missing products. Without an unboxing video, we are unable to validate these claims, so please make sure to record your unboxing!
Please note the following:

Minor Imperfections: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for minor defects, such as small dents, scratches, or manufacturer errors (e.g., misprinted pages, typos, or missing inclusions like photocards), as these are beyond our control. Since all our albums are factory-sealed, such issues cannot be detected before shipment.

Severe Damage: If an unboxing video shows that the item arrived with significant damage while still sealed, we will gladly exchange the product.

Shipping Delays: We are unable to provide refunds for shipping delays, as they are beyond our control. However, if you do not receive your order within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us for assistance.
- We may also cancel your order and refund you if we have issues with stock or any of our products.
